On the 21st of July in Lawnton, Brisbane there will be a one day Pro-life Convergence Conference for those interested in strategic networking for the Pro-life cause. The main goal is to converge the front line warriors [like Joshua on the battle field] with the supporting prayer warriors and intercessors [like Moses, Aaron and Hur up on the mountain of intercession].
The Conference features strategic and motivating challenges and messages. Representatives from several Pro-life organisations, Cherish Life, Australian Family Foundation, 40 days for life, Australian Christian Lobby and Emily’s Voice, will come set up a table and will share with us strategic & practical information in regards to what we can do to advance the Pro-life agenda and defeat the pro-abortion agenda. There are also a number of pro-life Medical professionals, Pastors, Prophets, Intercessors, Lawyers, Teachers, Business people etc who have said they are interested in coming. Folk travelling from Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne and from up North Queensland are expected.
Those who represent different pro-life/pro-family groups are welcome to bring info/booklets/advertising etc and put it on tables during the event. For those groups wishing to set up a table please bring a table and some spare chairs, if you can. Some tables will be provided but the folk from out of town will be given preference to use those.
If you are interested in coming or know people interested in coming please contact Glen Vines on email@example.com
When? The 21st of July 2012 from 9am-5pm.
Location: Waterbrook Church , 1/709 Gympie Road , Lawnton QLD 4501
Tea Coffee & Biscuits will be provided. There will be a coffee van outside for those who want more quality coffee.
Subway Platers for lunch about $6 per person will be ordered. If you want to have Subway for lunch please let Glen know for a basic idea of numbers. [The benefit of having a Subway lunch with us is that you can spend more of your lunch time fellowshipping and Network with other Pro-life Warriors rather than driving around all over the place.) There are many places in the local area for lunch for those who don’t want Subway.
There will be no set conference fee rather a free will offering will be taken up to cover both the costs of the conference and put towards other such future events.
